Join us for an intimate fireside chat with Stephen Ross, CEO & Chairman of Related Ross, and Matt Higgins, entrepreneur, investor, and co-founder of RSE Ventures. Joining them will be Patrick Chun and Jed Cairo, who are building the next generation of industry-defining businesses alongside Mr. Ross and Mr. Higgins through the firm they co-founded, Juxtapose. Together, we will discuss what is driving the region’s growth, why they are building and investing here, and where they see the greatest opportunities ahead.

Four influential voices shaping the business landscape and future of the region

Stephen Ross

Stephen Ross is the Chairman and Founder of Related Companies, the global real estate firm behind Hudson Yards and over $60 billion in assets, and one of South Florida’s most transformative civic and business leaders.

As the owner of the Miami Dolphins and co-founder of RSE Ventures alongside Matt Higgins, he has been a driving force in shaping the region’s business and cultural landscape. His vision for West Palm Beach in particular has helped establish South Florida as one of the country’s most dynamic and fast-growing economic corridors.

Matt Higgins

Matt Higgins is a serial entrepreneur, growth equity investor, and Co-founder and CEO of RSE Ventures, with a career spanning public service, NFL leadership, and a multi-billion-dollar investment portfolio across sports, entertainment, media, and consumer brands.

He is also a Wall Street Journal best-selling author of Burn the Boats, an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, and a former guest shark on Shark Tank. Prior to RSE Ventures, he served in senior leadership roles with the New York Jets and Miami Dolphins.

Patrick Chun

Patrick is a Founder and Managing Partner of Juxtapose, a firm focused on building and scaling businesses from the ground up. He works across the firm’s key pillars, including concept development, user research, and talent identification, while partnering closely with portfolio companies and their CEOs.

Prior to co-founding Juxtapose, Patrick built businesses at the inception stage with firms including Thrive Capital and Accretive. Earlier in his career, he was a venture and growth equity investor at Bain Capital Ventures and Francisco Partners. He holds a BA from Harvard College, an MA from Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Pat was President of his HBS class.

Jed Cairo

Jed is a Founder and Managing Partner of Juxtapose, where he works across the firm’s key pillars and closely with portfolio companies and their CEOs.

Prior to co-founding Juxtapose, Jed was a private equity investor at KKR and helped lead BeaconLight Capital. He has also worked with early-stage businesses as an angel investor and serial entrepreneur. Jed holds a BA and MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a Joseph Wharton Scholar.
