Giuliano Celle

Mr. Giuliano Celle is Managing Director, Head of Institutional Wealth at Certuity. 

Mr. Celle brings more than 20 years of global financial services experience spanning wealth management, investment banking, venture capital, and private equity. Based in New York City, he plays a lead role in serving ultra-high-net-worth multi-national families while expanding Certuity’s institutional platform. His responsibilities include broadening the firm’s institutional wealth capabilities, deepening strategic relationships with anchor families, and strengthening access to private market and direct deal opportunities to advance Certuity’s position as a trusted partner for sophisticated clients globally. 

Prior to joining Certuity, Mr. Celle served as Managing Director of Global Family & Institutional Wealth LatAm/International at UBS, where he oversaw strategic direction and scaled a high-touch, cross-divisional coverage model designed for institutional family offices and sophisticated private capital across the region. He previously held senior roles at JPMorgan, where he led the Global Investment Opportunities Group (GIO) for Latin America and select international family offices, institutions, and ultra-high-net-worth clients, bridging the firm’s Wealth Management and the Investment Banking divisions to deliver holistic capital markets access, risk management, and capital solutions. 

Beyond his institutional career, Mr. Celle is an active entrepreneur, investor, and advisor in the venture capital and private equity space. He has partnered in transformative platforms spanning fintech, health tech, and impact-driven emerging markets and remains engaged as an investor and partner with OPUS, a UK-based global community that connects and empowers founders. 

Born and raised across three continents, Mr. Celle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, along with a Master of Science in Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Chile, complemented with an additional graduate exchange at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland as part of their Master in International Management (MIM) program, and completed executive studies at Harvard Business School.
