Rita F. Soto, CPA

Ms. Rita Soto has over twenty-five years of experience in providing financial, accounting, tax and family office solutions to closely held companies and high net worth individuals. She has extensive experience in individual and corporate tax planning, compliance, cash flow analysis and wealth maximization. As Certuity’s Family Office Managing Director, Ms. Soto works with the firm’s ultra-high net worth families.

Prior to joining Certuity, Ms. Soto founded a successful accounting firm managing a portfolio of sophisticated clients with diverse accounting, financial and tax requirements where she provided consulting and advisory services to high net worth individuals and family offices. She customized her services to meet the increasingly complex and unique needs of her clients from sophisticated wealth transfer and preservation strategies to bill payment and cash management.

Before launching her own firm, Ms. Soto was the Chief Financial Officer of Crossbow Ventures Inc. As the Chief Financial Officer, she was responsible for establishing financial management and accountability while providing timely, accurate and reliable financial information to investors. Ms. Soto began her career at KPMG LLP, where she worked with one of the largest global complements of tax partners and professionals to provide clients with an integrated array of strategic tax solutions to help minimize international, federal, state and local tax liabilities in an increasingly complex tax environment.

Ms. Soto is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Administration degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. She is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
