April 2023 – Camden Capital, LLC, a multibillion dollar multifamily office and registered investment adviser providing bespoke wealth management, legacy planning and consulting services has changed its name to Certuity, LLC.

The annual report ranks Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) according to assets under management as of the end of the previous calendar year. Camden Capital has had a long track record of organic growth, while many prominent RIAs have been growing their assets through acquisitions.

Palm Beach, October 2015 – Camden Capital announces the appointment of Ms. Rita Soto CPA, as Family Office CFO. Ms. Soto has over twenty-five years of experience in providing financial, accounting, tax and family office solutions to closely held companies and high net worth individuals. She has extensive experience in individual and corporate tax planning, compliance, cash flow analysis and wealth maximization.

Palm Beach, February 2014 – Camden Capital announces the appointment of Mr. Constantine Hatzivassiliou as Managing Director. Mr. Hatzivassiliou advises affluent individuals, families and institutions, as well as their respective trusts, estates, foundations and endowments on all wealth management and family office related matters. He works closely with his clients’ tax and legal professionals.
